Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your experience and purchases at The Spa Haus. Please review our return and refund policy below.
RETAIL PRODUCTS
Unopened and unused retail products may be returned within 14 days of purchase with proof of purchase for a refund to the original form of payment.
For health, safety, and sanitation reasons, opened or used products are not eligible for return or refund.
If a product is defective or damaged, please contact The Spa Haus as soon as possible so we can assist you.
SERVICES
All services are non-refundable once they have been performed.
If you are unhappy with a service, please contact us promptly. We want the opportunity to discuss your concerns and determine an appropriate resolution. Any complimentary adjustments or corrections are provided at the discretion of The Spa Haus and must be arranged within a reasonable timeframe.
PREPAID SERVICES, PACKAGES & PROMOTIONS
Prepaid services, packages, promotional offers, and discounted services are non-refundable.
Packages are non-transferable and may only be used by the person for whom they were originally purchased. Package services may not be shared, transferred, or gifted to another person.
Promotional purchases must be used according to the terms and expiration dates stated at the time of purchase and cannot be combined with other discounts or offers unless otherwise specified.GIFT CARDS
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law.
APPOINTMENT CANCELLATIONS
Refunds are not provided for appointments subject to our cancellation or no-show policy. Cancellation and no-show fees are separate from this Return & Refund Policy.
By purchasing products, services, packages, promotions, or gift cards from The Spa Haus, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that unexpected events can occur in anyone's life.
To be fair and effective for all our clients, we have established the following policies:
Cancellation Notice: A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel an appointment. This allows us the opportunity to schedule another client in that time slot. If you cannot provide 24 hours' notice, you will be charged half of the appointment fee.
No-Shows: If you forget your appointment or decide not to attend for any reason, you will be considered a "no-show." In this case, you will be charged in full for the missed appointment.
Fees incurred must be paid before your next scheduled appointment, and any cards on file will be used to process that payment.
